Cisco routers and switches Banners

Most Cisco devices, especially routers and switches are able to create a login flags and options, how to connect to the device through the console or Telnet, or more generally using SSH (Secure Shell). Banners are used initially to tell the person enters the device in a message. This message can be anything, but it is usually to warn the user enters the device itself, or unauthorized access to the warnings, etc., and banner command is enabled, the device is Cisco’s global configuration mode. There are 3 different types of banner configurations are typically used:
Message of the Day (MOTD) – This banner is displayed before the user requests a login. Usually configured to display the device location, type, and soon.
